Dealing With Stress From Work

Stress. What is stress? Sometimes we become so stressed that we do not notice it ourselves. It becomes part of daily routine, and who has time for it anyway ... have things to do, right? This may be true, but if not properly mange stress, you start driving. The main sources of stress are related to work activities.
